From 1.1.19 to 1.1.20

Various changes to keep up with PCC2 in these versions.

• added support for "\n" and "\t" in strings
• added MakeFileName, GetFileName, GetDirectoryName functions
• the cargo functions CAdd, CSub, CRemove, CExtract now consistently return EMPTY if an argument is EMPTY.
