From 1.1.20 to 1.1.21

Various changes to keep up with PCC2:

• selection expressions can use `Xor', unary `-'.
• `UI.PopupConsole' can be called from the starchart.
• `Find()', `Count()' functions as generalized versions of `FindShip()' etc.
• `Ufo' function.
